Every home is different, and so every marketing plan should be different, as well. Your Circa Agent will work with you to determine the most advantageous price at which to list your home, and how best to market your home based on the home’s assets, neighborhood, community, target audience, and more.

Working With An Honest Agent
Remember, determining the best price to list your home is critical! If you list your home at too high a price, it will sit on the market too long and miss the most advantageous window (the 2-5 week hot spot for offers).

When the offers start to come in, your Circa Real Estate Agent is trained to negotiate on behalf of your best interests and provide clear Pros and Cons for each offer. Back-up offers are often accepted as well. The work doesn’t stop there—your Circa Agent will work through every detail, ensuring inspections, paperwork, and other needs are taken care of, even when it should be the other party’s responsibility to ensure something is taken care of. No stone goes unturned!
Step 6: Closing Table
& Beyond
Once your Circa Agent has worked through the paperwork, negotiations, and other critical details, it’s time to close! Your Circa Agent will be with you at the closing table to represent you and answer any questions you have.
