Nikki grew up in Florida and moved to Texas in 2016. The magnetic energy and pride of Texans (and of course the food) are some of the many reasons Nikki found a home in Houston.  Nikki graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Forensics. She went on to become a High School teacher of biology, forensics and other science disciplines for 6 years. Nikki’s value and understanding of education helps her serve clients and continue to grow in the real estate profession.

It is Nikki’s belief that a Realtor should not only study and be knowledgeable about the market but, more importantly, be able to use that information to educate home buyers and sellers. Nikki continues to study and adapt with the market so she can better educate her clients on market activity, home valuations, and the overall transaction process to ensure they are able to make informed decisions.

In a technologically driven society, Nikki prides herself on being able to help clients navigate and understand the options and information available when buying or selling a home. Providing clients with market research, connecting them with mortgage contacts and advising them on negotiations are just a few ways Nikki assists clients. Creating a plan that is catered to each individual client, depending on their home search or property they are wanting to sell, is the foundation of Nikki’s personal approach in serving clients.

Nikki engulfs herself in Real Estate, but also loves taking an active role in the community. Nikki is the Teacher Supply Grant Director for Texas Charity Partners, and volunteers with Houston Parks Board by serving as a member on their Rising Leaders board. Nikki loves to explore restaurants, breweries, and anywhere with a great outside patio.  You will usually find her with her pups, Koda and Kiya, out exploring Houston’s best spots.  Nikki found a home in Houston, and enthusiastically approaches helping others do the same!
