Circa Real Estate’s modern storefront in the historic Harold’s building doubles as a commission-free art studio to help promote and support Houston’s local artists. Fixed with premium studio lighting, custom display shelving, and dedicated wall space, our storefront is a perfect place to show off gorgeous art pieces.
To support the local art community, Circa Real Estate donates the studio space to local artists and holds at least two art shows to help promote the artists. Circa Real Estate creates custom marketing materials and promotes the events for the artist, and does not take any commission from sold pieces. This is just one way we celebrate our local community.

A 2nd Cup was established in 2012 to raise awareness of human trafficking issues in Houston—and to develop resources that help create a second chance for survivors.
It’s more than a cafe. It’s coffee with a cause.
The Landing walks alongside survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation as they take steps toward safety, healing, and freedom. By welcoming survivors into our drop-in center, providing them with an advocate, or reaching out to them on Bissonnet, our intention is to meet people where they are—wherever it may be—and support them throughout their journey.
Anyone on a long journey needs a safe place to rest.
