Aside from a fun year in the Big Apple, Amanda has been a Texas resident all her life. Spending the past 20 years in the Montrose area, she has had a front row seat to Houston’s growth and is proud to call H Town her home. She studied business at the University of Houston and before spending some time raising her daughters, worked in property management, running lease ups for The Morgan Group and Hanover Company.

Amanda (and her marriage) have survived three extensive remodels. Through these experiences, she has learned a lot about what to look for and what to accept and not accept when buying or leasing the perfect home. She believes a fixer upper is nothing to fear and can easily see a home’s hidden potential. Never backing down from a home project, the remodeling has given Amanda an eye for design and staging and she enjoys helping sellers figure out creative ways to make their home look it’s best and earn top dollar. Amanda is eager to help clients buy, sell or lease a home and has the time and attention to dedicate to each new client. She will go above and beyond to assure that clients are well-informed and have the best possible experience.

Amanda’s two daughters, husband and many pets currently reside in a lovingly restored 1920s historic home in Montrose. She loves to spend her free time exercising, volunteering, travelling and enjoying Houston’s amazing food scene.
